Richelle is from McAllen, Texas where she studied Social Work and Psychology at The University of Texas - Pan American, now The University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley.
Her career in law began in Harker Heights, Texas, due to her husband being in the Army. Over the next several years, she gained valuable legal knowledge and skills that are vital to our company today. Being a military spouse, she has learned to be resilient and adapt to any situation. With her dynamic skillset, she has been instrumental in helping clients recover and reach successful results for their personal injury claims.
Richelle now serves families all around Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico as a Paralegal in both our Pre-Litigation and Litigation departments. She makes our clients feel welcome by showing compassion and care. She dedicates much of her time and attention to the needs of our clients.
When Richelle is not working at McQuaid Injury Law, you will likely find Richelle involved in many community events, including community service at local churches and soup kitchens, and assisting the homeless. Richelle is also known to be a cheer coach from time to time. As a military spouse, she understands the toll the armed foces takes on families and selflessly volunteers at local VFW's and American Legions to help our veterans. She is family-oriented and has three children, a teenager, a baby girl, and a toddler boy.

Tiffany attended Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has spent the last decade in the legal and medical fields, which gives her a comprehensive approach to the personal injury world. When Tiffany is not working at McQuaid Injury Law, she spends her time horseback riding or in the mountains with her husband and two daughters.
