Brendan A. McQuaid

Since graduating law school nearly 20 years ago, Brendan McQuaid has been a fierce advocate for his clients and those who have been wronged through no fault of their own. Brendan has helped his clients recover millions of dollars in settlements and awards through all stages of the claims process and litigation. Brendan founded McQuaid Injury Law to provide a unique and personalized approach to personal injury law.

Growing up in central New Jersey, Brendan learned the value of hard work and determination at a young age.  He excelled in school and on the baseball field, going on to pitch all four years at prestigious Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Brendan made Dean's List and received several educational scholarships at the Ivy League university, all while balancing the physical and time demands of college baseball.

As a pitcher, Brendan earned All-Ivy League honors and graduated college with the third-most wins in the history of the baseball program, dating back to 1869. The competitive nature of Division I athletics taught him the lifelong lessons of outworking your opponents and never settling for less than you deserve.

Brendan then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he clerked for a judge and developed his skills in litigation and trial practice. He graduated with honors and received multiple merit-based awards while in law school.

Brendan's first job out of law school was at a defense firm in Miami, where he learned how insurance companies operate.  He immediately recognized the disadvantage that individuals face when fighting billion-dollar insurance companies, and realized that he wanted to devote his skills to leveling the playing field in this David v. Goliath system. Accordingly, he dedicated himself to representing those that don't have a voice for themselves.

Following a move to Sarasota, Florida, Brendan spent the next decade further honing his legal skills and passion for litigation. He secured multiple six and seven-figure settlements for his clients and became one of the youngest shareholders in his firm's 40 year history. Brendan also earned the prestigious designation of being Board Certified in Business Litigation, the highest level of certification by the Florida Bar that is awarded to less than 1% of all attorneys.

Brendan then relocated to Colorado with his family and was instrumental in the success of a large personal injury law firm in downtown Denver. Over the following five years, he focused on multiple areas of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking cases, traumatic brain injuries, dog bites, premises liability, and ski/snowboard accidents before opening his own law practice.

Why Brendan Is Different

Due to their size or case load, many law firms are unable to provide the personal attention that a client or a case deserves.  In fact, clients are often treated as merely a name or number in a law firm's catalogue.  To the contrary, Brendan believes in not only working tirelessly and aggressively to advance your case, but also listening to you and your family's concerns.  Your story is a tale that must be told to capture the full compensation you are entitled to.

Insurance companies are constantly finding ways to avoid paying you the compensation you are entitled to under the law.  As soon as they learn you are injured, the insurance company will work to find evidence to use against you. Time is of the essence, and hiring the right lawyer is critical for your success. Let Attorney Brendan McQuaid fight for your rights and get you the maximum compensation available under the law.

McQuaid Injury Law is available day and night to speak with you about your case or to answer any questions you may have. Contact us today at (303) 551-9495 to schedule a free consultation.
