David is from New York but is a long time Colorado resident who graduated from Fort Lewis College with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and received a post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from Emory University. He spent the last fifteen years working as a litigation paralegal and is extensively experienced with personal injury claims. He has a wealth of litigation and trial experience which he believes gives him a great perspective of how best to develop a case. David finds it greatly rewarding to use his experience to give voice to victims of personal injury.  

When David is not working at McQuaid Injury Law, he enjoys fishing, skiing, hiking, rafting and spending time with his wife and two children.

Tiffany attended Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has spent the last decade in the legal and medical fields, which gives her a comprehensive approach to the personal injury world. When Tiffany is not overseeing McQuaid Injury Law, she spends her time horseback riding or in the mountains with her husband and three daughters.

My wife and I were going out to celebrate our 29 year wedding anniversary when another motorist, without any notice, turned in front of us at an intersection and caused us to wreck our first brand new car that we ever purchased. Due to the accident, it was uncovered that I had some serious back issues with 3 of my discs. After being referred to McQuaid law by someone, they were able to get not only the other drivers insurance but also, since I was a passenger, get our insurance to settle this case quickly, so as I may continue down the road of healing. I am truly grateful for all the wonderful people and support I received from all the staff involved with my case. They even guided me through some of the paperwork for my FMLA and unemployment.
